B. We want you to feel comfortable with what we do. So much so that we don't agree to you using our site or registering as a member unless you are completely happy with this policy. If you do, we'll assume that you accept the policy.

We may (direct or through our partners) distribute, publish or broadcast the information contained in your profile (including images and video), personal ad and search criteria to third parties including via email newsletters, on third party websites or via any other distribution media including electronic media (such as email, SMS, MMS, WAP, Internet, CD-Rom or DVD-Rom), and audiovisual communications media (including press, radio, analogue television, digital television, cable or satellite). You have granted us a licence to do this by agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. If you no longer wish us or our partners to distribute, publish or broadcast such information, you can terminate your registration with us by following the instructions in the designated part of our site. Such termination will not affect any previous distribution, publication or broadcast of the relevant material and will only take effect upon the next update or version thereof.
F. We may disclose personal data so far as reasonably necessary: i) if we think you have or may have breached our terms and conditions or to enforce our rights or protect the public or where if we are required to do so by law or appropriate authority; or ii) in the case of an actual or proposed (including negotiations for a) sale or merger or business combination involving of all or the relevant part of our business or in the case of an insolvency.
